The Idroleb Ecological Panel® for all of our kitchens

We are a member of the Ecological Panel® Consortium and use the Idroleb version, which boasts the highest quality: it guarantees the world’s lowest emissions of formaldehyde and exceptionally high levels of water repellence.

The carcasses used at Doimo Cucine are fabricated exclusively with the Idroleb Ecological Panel^®, made from 100% FSC certified post-consumer wood. This allows us to offer a product of elevated technical and aesthetic quality, without cutting down any trees during its production. This is just another of the choices we make to contribute to the conservation and regeneration of natural resources and, in a broader sense, to protecting the environment.

More in detail, the panels we use guarantee very limited emissions of formaldehyde, utilised in glues and resins for furniture, certified according to U.S. EPA TSCA TITLE VI regulations and class F**** of the most restrictive regulation in matters of harmful emissions, created by the Japanese. This regulation classifies wood-based panels in four emissions classes, from the lowest  F*, to the highest, which we use, F****. A choice that shows our respect and attention to people’s health.

What is more, these panels are also water repellent, meaning they do not suffer from contact with water. This characteristic belongs solely to the Ecological Panel^® of the highest quality – Idroleb – and essential to the lengthy durability of cabinetry for the kitchen, an environment home to both water and vapour.
